What have I done here?
Actually, there are not that many changes here. It was necessary to modify the old code, which by default sent all transactions only to the registry. However, now there is a need to send transactions to the auction if the reference number points to a user. Therefore, it was necessary to change the mechanism and add a check for whom the reference number belongs and in which service the user is located.
